About the LNP Network

The London Nature Photographers Network is an informal not-for-profit enterprise, set up and administered by a small group of volunteer nature photographers from several clubs within the London region. What binds the volunteers together is a shared intent to find ways of encouraging and enabling other photographers within the London area to develop further their passion for photographing the complexity, beauty and fragility of the natural world around us.
Members who join the Network are charged a minimal annual fee to help meet website and, eventually, exhibition costs. As the Network grows over time, more volunteers will probably be needed to keep things running smoothly, and, in particular, to help with an annual exhibition when that becomes feasible.

Network members are offered a limited personal gallery when they join, but as numbers grow, the number of images in each gallery may have to be limited in order to avoid incurring further expenses. And, finally, Network members are encouraged to click on and use the Forum and Events tags:

Forum is a place where members can share ideas, problems, experiences, questions and answers about nature photography with other members. It is also where the volunteers will let the members know about any changes in the Network, and members can offer suggestions about how to improve it, or to volunteer themselves.

Events is a place where members can tell others about upcoming nature photography fieldtrips they intend to take and are happy to have the company of other members.
